After reviewing your initial lifts I will right out an individualised program to meet each clients needs. Most programming involves getting your body strong enough to cope with whatever life throws at it for at least the first 6 weeks then getting to diversify from there if needed.

Each program is designed to make you the strongest, fittest, healthiest and most adaptable/resilient version of you possible. I do this using exercise science, strength and conditioning and physiotherapy theories to provide best evidence and experience based outcomes.
