I have had an extensive sporting history which allows me to understand the difference in biomechanics and bioenergetics of many different sports. From my involvment in Surf Sports I trained extensively in beach sprinting. After that I was involved in top level rugby league competitions as well as playing many other sports at club level.
My studies have included 1 year of exercise and sports science for which I obtained a deans commendation for outstanding acheivement. I have since completed my Level 1 and 2 (only about 500 elite coaches nation wide) ASCA Strength and Conditioning Course , my Level 1 Sports trainer and my personal training certificates as well as a diploma.

I value continued education and am currently completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy
